4.1 When do you become a lead or prospect?

You become a lead or prospect when you:

5. Newsletter subscribers

If you subscribe to Bluem's newsletter, we use your personal data to send newsletters and related communications.

Bluem uses email marketing systems, including Spotler, to distribute newsletters and business communications.

Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link and, where applicable, a link allowing you to update your communication preferences.

You may withdraw your consent at any time.

6. Customers and business contacts

Bluem processes personal data of customers and business contacts to:

  1. provide products and services;

  2. manage customer relationships;

  3. perform contracts;
